As we look back on the year, one thing stands out above all: 2025 has been one of our biggest and most rewarding years of education yet. Our Master Educators have travelled thousands of kilometres, bringing world-class lash and brow training directly to regional salons across Australia.
At Elleebana, accessibility has always been at the heart of our education program. We know not all beauty professionals have the ability to travel to major cities for training. That’s why our commitment to regional education remains stronger than ever, ensuring artists everywhere have access to high-quality, hands-on learning from industry-leading trainers.
This year, our educators packed their kits, boarded flights, drove long country highways and connected with passionate students in some of Australia’s most unique towns and communities.

Where We Took Elleebana Education in 2025
Throughout the year, our Master Educators travelled extensively across Australia. Our 2025 journey took us to locations such as Bendigo, Toowoomba, Robe, Coffs Harbour, Kempsey, Taree, Port Macquarie, Ballarat, Alice Springs, Hobart, the Barossa Valley, Warrnambool, Cairns, Nowra, Devonport and Launceston.
We also continued our ongoing commitment to Western Australia, with multiple visits throughout the year to support the growing demand for Elleebana education across the state.
Why Regional Education Matters
Bringing our training directly to local salons gives artists the opportunity to learn in their own environment, with no travel stress, no additional accommodation costs and no time away from clients. It also allows our Master Educators to build deeper, lasting relationships with regional beauty communities, connections we truly cherish.
Elleebana Master Educator, Paige reflects on teaching regionally in Australia:
“It is incredibly rewarding to connect with salons and training facilities in regional areas. There is a genuine enthusiasm for product knowledge, advanced skills, and new techniques that can elevate their business and inspire the next generation of beauty professionals. Being able to contribute to that growth is one of the most fulfilling parts of my role.
From a professional perspective, spending time in rural and regional communities offers valuable insight into how beauty businesses operate outside major cities—what services are trending, what clients are requesting, and where there are opportunities to expand or introduce new offerings. Collaborating with salons in this way is not only informative but truly exciting.
There’s always a sense of anticipation when I announce a regional tour. Salons, both long-term Elleebana partners and new businesses, always welcome the opportunity to connect, chat all things Elleebana, and stay up to date with our innovations, product releases, and brand developments.
With prior planning, we’re also able to offer our renowned Salon Support Sessions nationwide. These sessions provide a more personalised experience, allowing me to spend valuable, one-on-one time with salons while I’m visiting their area.
Our Elleebana Support Sessions include a complimentary 90-minute in-salon appointment where, as Master Trainers, we guide the team through a service of choice. This hands-on time allows us to dive into in-depth application techniques, advanced tips and tricks, and service refinements. Regional lash and brow artists are thriving, and it’s inspiring to see how passionately these communities embrace education and product innovation
We will continue to deliver the Elleebana sparkle to our lash and brow community! Whether through a full support session or simply stopping by to say hello, we create lasting connections. No matter how small the visit, our presence is always warmly welcomed, and these moments continue to strengthen the bond within our Elleebana family.”
