Each year, Mocha Group, brings together the rising stars of the Australian beauty industry through the Beauty Squad competition. This signature initiative supports four emerging beauty therapists, dermal clinicians and salon owners by giving them invaluable opportunities for mentorship, professional growth and connection. Finalists enjoy prizes and a stay in the immersive Beauty Squad House, where industry leaders and mentors share their knowledge up close and personal.

What Happens at the Beauty Squad House
The Beauty Squad House is more than just accommodation, it’s a learning environment and professional development experience. Over the course of the stay, finalists participate in workshops, business chats, strategic discussions and personal development sessions with mentors and industry icons. It’s a place designed to elevate confidence, spark ideas and help these rising leaders make meaningful progress in their careers.
Sharing Knowledge & Supporting Growth
This year, Otto joined the 2026 house guests for dedicated sessions focused on goal-setting, mapping out next steps in business, and navigating growth within the ever-evolving beauty landscape. And of course, there were plenty of conversations around Korean Lash Lifts, Lamination and Hybrid Dye Education and the future of professional treatments.
Reflecting on Elleebana’s involvement in the Beauty Squad House, Otto shared:
