MASTER TRAINER

Originally from Victoria, Paige grew up in Canberra and, in 1994, had the opportunity to move to Queensland, settling on the Gold Coast in 1997. While walking through the streets of Burleigh, she contemplated her future career and happened upon the Gold Coast Training Academy, a beauty school. Intrigued, she walked in to explore further, marking the start of her journey in the beauty industry—a journey that began 27 years ago.

Paige graduated just before turning 21 and quickly immersed herself in the Gold Coast beauty salon scene. Over the years, she worked with several renowned brands, including Elleebana, which she now proudly represents. As her experience grew, she discovered her niche in hands, feet, and brows, leading to the opening of her own salon in 1999. Specialising in skin and beauty treatments, her salon thrived with a fully booked schedule until she decided to pursue new opportunities in 2008.

After closing her salon, Paige transitioned into the wholesale side of the industry, starting as a sales consultant before moving into the role of Business Development Manager. While managing her clientele on weekends and after hours, Paige continued to upgrade her skills, keeping up with industry trends. Paige’s passion for eyelash extensions grew during this time, and she embraced the opportunity to educate others in this field. Teaching has always been a part of Paige’s professional journey, and this led her to pursue her TAE certification, allowing to teach in the VET sector. Over the next nine years, Paige taught at a private beauty academy, delivering courses such as the Diploma of Beauty, Certificate III in Nail Technology, Waxing and Tinting Services, Eyelash Extensions, Spray Tanning, Lash Lifting, and Brow Lamination.

After over a decade in education, Paige felt ready for a new chapter. Coming full circle, she returned to where her career began — the Gold Coast Training Academy, which was originally owned by Otto’s family. She is now thrilled to be part of the Elleebana team, a globally recognised brand committed to supporting professionals in the lash and brow industry while maintaining high standards of excellence.
