Skin staining can appear patchy in the following instances:
- Inconsistent application of Helyx Hybrid Dye onto skin during initial application
- Inconsistent cleansing of area pre-treatment leaving product, sunscreen, makeup or sebum masking the skin and limiting absorption of Helyx Hybrid Dye in the upper stratum corneum layers.
- Desquamating skin cells removing stain in the cell shedding process.
