Where do I start? The role of Elleebana Master Educator for QLD is a dream come true for me. It’s the direction I’ve wanted to steer my career in since starting in the industry back in 2016. Life happened, and for various reasons, I didn’t decide to pursue my goal until 2020 when we moved from the UK to Australia. With years of invaluable industry experience, I finally felt it was the right time to go for my passion. This role challenges and motivates me, and working with inspirational people elevates my enthusiasm even more.
My career has primarily focused on brows and lashes. When the opportunity to work for Elleebana arose, it felt like all my stars had aligned. Not only do I get to educate and welcome newcomers to the sector, I also get to wear many other hats. From social media to customer service, content creation, product testing and even the chance to travel and attend wonderful events. Education runs deep in me, and I can’t find words to describe how much it means to share my knowledge and help others excel in their chosen careers. This role isn’t just a job for me, it is my true passion.
Elleebana itself is truly unique. It is a community of encouraging and enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to lifting each other and artists worldwide to new heights, while also raising industry standards. The company’s background is a source of pride as we continue to grow. We are currently at an exciting stage where it becomes evident that we are industry leaders due to our constant commitment to development and doing right by our clients and teams. I am genuinely proud to be a part of this incredible journey.
