Thirty years in any business is no easy feat, especially in the lash industry, which has undergone a tremendous evolution of product innovation and educational transformation. Staying ahead of this ever-changing landscape has been key to Elleebana’s success, driven by our unwavering commitment to evolution and our determination to push boundaries in all that we do.
Last week, we proudly celebrated a major milestone — 30 years in business — at the scenic Currumbin Valley Estate on the Gold Coast, the place where our journey first began. The manor’s glamorous and timeless details, from its sparkling chandeliers to its high vaulted ceilings, beautifully reflected Elleebana’s essence: elegant, modern, and deeply rooted in heritage.
Throughout the estate, meaningful activations brought the Elleebana story to life, from a customised scent created exclusively for our guests to remember this special occasion, to our “One Shot to Make It Count” basketball court, a nod to our original lash lift system One Shot. Upstairs, the “Pearls of Confidence” glam room invited guests to pause and celebrate the confidence and creativity that Elleebana represents. Every space was designed to tell a story, a reflection of our journey and the incredible people who have made it possible.
Guests travelled from across the globe and around Australia to share in the celebration. The energy in the room was filled with gratitude, pride, and connection, a true testament to how deeply Elleebana has impacted salon owners, educators, and distributors worldwide.
Elleebana Europe Distributor, Kintija Belska reflects on what Elleebana means to her:

When I first flew to Australia 12 years ago and discovered Elleebana, the first question I asked myself was, ‘Why isn’t this everywhere?’ Everyone needed to know about it. Continuing the Celebration
After our official anniversary celebration on Thursday night, many of our international guests extended their stay, allowing us to continue sharing the Elleebana story through a series of special experiences across the Gold Coast.
Day Two offered a chance to slow down and reconnect. We began with laughter and a friendly game of cricket, a true Aussie welcome before venturing into the lush Natural Bridge Circuit, a serene rainforest walk surrounded by waterfalls and ancient trees.
We then gathered at Tweed River House for a long, leisurely lunch by the water, enjoying local flavours (and a few classic Vegemite sandwiches for fun). As the day drew to a close, we watched the sun set over Snapper Rocks and ended on a sweet note with Elleebana ice cream, the perfect way to celebrate connection and community.
Day Three took us to the iconic Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, where we immersed ourselves in Australia’s natural beauty and wildlife. This day held special meaning for us. As a brand that has proudly never tested on animals, animal welfare has always been at the heart of our mission. Sharing this experience reminded us of our ongoing responsibility to care for all living beings, a value that continues to inspire everything we do.
We concluded our celebrations with an intimate evening at the Sky House, Mondrian Gold Coast, surrounded by our distributors, educators, partners, and friends who have each played a vital role in the Elleebana story.
