PLEASE READ: –
o Now that we have received your Deka Lash student’s form we will go ahead and process this enrolment. You will have received an EWAY invoice to your email address that you provided
o Once the payment has cleared– we will go ahead and activate your student in our Online Course Dashboard. You will receive an activation from Elleebana Excellence Academy with the next steps for your student to activate their account in the Elleebana Excellence Academy Dashboard. This can take 24-48 hours from the next business day depending on what day of the week and time that you make your purchase. Please note, if you make your purchase in the evening, on a Friday night or on the weekend then your payment may not clear until Tuesday. (Australian Time). Please remember to check junk mail if you cannot find the activation email or reach out to academy@elleebana.com if you do not receive this 48 business hours after enrolment.
o Your Deka Lash student will be given three months of access to the course from the date they receive the activation email.
o When your Deka Lash student first accesses their course there is a welcome section for them to read and follow.
